Food Presentation as an Art and a Science

Project Description: As part of a larger “Science of Cooking” course, this project aims to elucidate the connection between the science of cooking and the art of food presentation. Students from Reynolds High School visited UNCSA campus for events. More about this completed project HERE and HERE.
